Upon receiving your order, we will initiate the web design process by scheduling a consultation session within 2 business days. The typical timeline for delivering a web design project is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of the initial consultation. This timeline may vary depending on the project’s complexity and the timely provision of necessary information by the client. Upon completion, the website will undergo a thorough review and testing phase before the final handover.

Digital Marketing Services:

Our digital marketing services begin with an initial analysis of your current online presence and a strategy session scheduled within 2 business days from the time of your order. Depending on the services chosen (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.), the implementation phase will start immediately after the strategy approval. Clients can expect to see preliminary results within the first month, with significant improvements projected in 3 to 6 months. Monthly reports will be provided to keep you informed of the progress.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

We believe in the quality of our services; however, if you are not satisfied with the progress within the first 14 days of the project start date, you may cancel the services and request a full refund. For cancellations after 14 days, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed. Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email.
